Founder of Rockwell Trading, Markus Heitkoetter shares his strategy for consistent profits in the trading marketMarkus Heitkoetter came to America with 30,000 dollars and a dream to turn that money into millions. 20 years later, he has achieved that dream many times over and is now sharing his approach with the world. Trading stocks, options, and futures is a notoriously risky business, but Heitkoetter’s philosophy of systematic, repeatable, and consistent profits has proved a great success.“I was attracted to trading from a young age,” Heitkoetter says. “I made my first trade at 18 years old, persuading a well-known bank to open a broker’s account for me, even though I only had fifty Deutsche Mark.” Buying one VW share certificate led to a 20% profit because the exasperated banker gave Heitkoetter 10 Deutsche Mark to stop calling him for thrice daily updates on the stock performance.Heitkoetter went on to work for IBM for many years, swiftly rising up the ranks. Here’s a partial rundown.Super-sized dinos stalk S.F.Kids (and most parents) love dinosaurs, right? And the bigger the better. And that’s exactly what we’re getting with a new exhibit featuring plus-sized prehistoric behemoths opening this weekend at the California Academy of Sciences in San Francisco.Captivatingly titled “The World’s Largest Dinosaurs,” the exhibit, organized by the American Museum of Natural History in New York, goes on a deep dive into the lives of the long-necked and long-tailed sauropods, whose ranks include the famed 60-foot-long Mamenchisaurus. ‘SmartLess: On the Road’ review: 3 men and a podcast — Will Arnett, Jason Bateman and Sean Hayes on tour

Published Sat, 22 Feb 2025 16:34:34 GMT

Nina Metz | Chicago TribuneSince 2020, actors Will Arnett, Jason Bateman and Sean Hayes have co-hosted a podcast together called “SmartLess.” Last year they took the show out on a short national tour, and that adventure is documented in the six-part Max docuseries “SmartLess: On the Road,” which follows the celebrity friends and co-workers to stops on the East Coast, Midwest and then back to Los Angeles.Perhaps the decision to shoot in black-and-white was meant to undercut some of the pampered Hollywood trappings of the trip. But director Sam Jones (whose credits include the Wilco film “I Am Trying to Break Your Heart” and more recently a Tony Hawk documentary) isn’t here to encourage his subjects to shed their well-honed veneer so much as simply document their first-class travels and neurotic conversational jabs. As a trio, Arnett, Bateman and Hayes are self-aware enough to poke fun at their rarefied status while also being disinclined to abandon the perks of said status. It’s an ac...

France lifted his hands in time to protect himself, but the pitch went off his left hand and eventually forced France out of the game.Three batters later, May drilled Eugenio Suarez in the back with another 95-mph fastball, which prompted boos from the crowd at Safeco Field.“If you gave me a million guesses on how the inning was going to go, I wouldn’t have guessed those things,” May told reporters after the game. “But good to be out there, tried to take it all in.
